Please be advised that we have managed to secure the expert coaching skills of none other than Ceinwen Williams (Rotto solo swimmer extraordinaire) for this Saturday's squad swim session at Claremont Pool from 1 to 2pm...so if I had scared you off thinking that there was no point coming down without a coach, please let me apologize - Ceinwen knows how to crack the whip and also offer excellent stroke advice too!
