We hope you have had a good weekend and a nice relaxing week for those of you who competed at the Half Ironman last weekend!
Just a reminder that all the sessions at http://www.theteamcore.com/weeklyprogram.html will be in operation this week, including the return of the Monday evening Wind Trainer session held at the Sweat Shack at 22 Fairfield Street, Mount Hawthorn. This meets at 6pm and commences at 6.15pm. Its a lot of fun and guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping! You just need you bicycle and a wind trainer (though we do have some spares on a first-come, first-served basis).
Also, if you haven't yet filled out the feedback form at http://www.theteamcore.com/feedback_winter.html (takes less than 2 mins!) to notify us of which sessions you plan to attend over the winter period, please do so now. We need this from everyone (even you who are super regular!) as space is going very quickly at the more popular sessions, e.g. Tue / Fri early morning swims and also Saturday afternoon swim sessions. Avoid missing out, please register asap!
