Recently I was interviewed for one of the worlds preeminent podcasts on triathlon training, That Triathlon Show, about my ideas and methodologies on training strategies for triathletes and open water swimmers. Anyway, I was really happy with how the podcast went and we spent a lot of time talking about you guys in the Swim Smooth Perth Squad and the rhyme and reason behind why I get you to do the silly things I do at 530am each morning!! So if you liked the sound of the rationale behind what we do, but haven't yet checked out all of the types of sessions we do, make this a priority by selecting a few sessions from within the app and seeing how you go, perhaps starting with tomorrow's Saturday Stoic session which gives you a blend of all 5 types of session!
