Room to let for a month?

Just a quick one for you...Georgia (who used to train with the group, awesome runner, but who recently moved back to the UK) has a physiotherapist friend who is coming to do a course in Perth at Curtin Uni in Jan/Feb and is seeking a room to let for a month in a shared house.
